BE STILL

THE ENERGY OF BIRDS

It is a beautiful morning here in Adelaide. A brief reprieve from the very hot climate.
The birds were extremely focal as I sat out the front of our house enjoying my morning coffee. As I sat I wondered what are the birds trying to tell me today. So I closed my eyes and breathed with their gentle energy. As I breathed and felt connected to them, they increased in numbers quite rapidly and became even more focal than previously. The Crows, Honey Eaters, Rosellas, Murray Magpies, Finches, Sparrows, Starlings, Doves, Galahs and the Beep BeepBirds, all graced me with their energy. I could feel their joy, gratitude and love that they freely give. They reminded me to always give thanks and gratitude on a daily basis. To be very much in the moment, to be still, for when we are still we connect to our own self and our own inner wisdom.

The birds encouraged me to write these words as a gentle reminder to keep it simple, to breathe and be still. I thank the Birds for sharing their Energy with me. We indeed are very blessed to be here on our wonderful planet at this exciting time.
I thank you for taking time to read these words.

As You now connect with all like minded Humans,
all over your planet that You call Earth.
It is indeed a wonderful thing to watch from this side of the Veil.
The DEAR ONE here writing this before us now, decided to include
the wonderful energy of her four legged friends.
Ah! One stirs in the energy and then decides she is perfectly safe.
For is it not trust that this Dear Ones friends decided to participate.
They stir, they settle, perhaps they’ll stir again.
Notice Dear One that they are just moving with the Energy.
Perfectly trusting in the Energy and “WHY” because they don’t question it.
They just ARE.
They enjoy the MOMENT.
They enjoy the LIFE.
They do not question the BREATH.
They do not question the LOVE they receive.
They just ARE.
They live for the MOMENT of the NOW.
DEAR ONE, we ask that as You sit before us…
EXPAND your LOVE.
EXPAND your LOVE firstly for YOURSELF.
Your LOVE ONES.
Then for EVERYONE on the PLANET.
Then as YOU do so know in YOUR HEART…

RIPPLES through to the entire Planet YOU call GAIA.
She has been waiting for this LOVE from HUMANS…
On this Grand Scale to reach HER and she responds in KIND,
